Janelle Krzmarzick

"All for the greater glory of God!” Janelle is a contemplative-active missionary fully in love with the Lord and living out the charism of chastity for the Kingdom. In the Fall of 2025, she entered into her dream of full-time ministry in spiritual direction and silent, directed Ignatian retreats, which are so desired in our culture and this apostolic age. These two pillars, Spouse and Spiritual Director, have been strongly present since 2020 when Janelle began to first offer spiritual direction and silent retreats. Having been raised Catholic, she had a deep and changing encounter with Jesus Christ over twenty years ago and since then prayer and the interior life have been one of her greatest passions. From her spousal relationship with Jesus her spiritual motherhood pours forth in union with Mary’s heart of love, especially in the ministry of spiritual direction and silent retreats. Having been given so much by the Lord, it is her joy to share it with others, helping to foster others’ relationship with Him.

With over two decades of varied ministry experience, Janelle has served on the streets, in parishes, and on the diocesan level. Her formation includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Master’s in Catholic Studies (anticipated Dec. ’25), and seven years of consecrated religious life. In 2024 she began two-year certificate programs in Spiritual Direction and the Ministry of the Spiritual Exercises with both the Lanteri Center for Ignatian Spirituality (Oblates of the Virgin Mary) and the Amoris Christi Institute.
