My name is Maddy. I’m an artist, writer, and speaker with a passion for helping people recover sacramental vision—a way of seeing reality rooted in an eternal perspective that opens the present moment as a place of encounter with the living God. My hope is that this renewed vision leads not only to greater peace and freedom, but to profound inner transformation as we come to know God's character more deeply and discover our own identity as people made in His image and likeness.
My family and I are launching Sacramental Vision Ministries, a ministry of beauty and the arts dedicated to the renewal of heart and mind. As support grows, this ministry will enable us to devote ourselves fully to creating experiences and resources that help participants cultivate attentiveness to God’s presence. The first core initiative we plan to develop is Fully Alive retreats, where artists will present their work in an environment designed for contemplative engagement. More than an art exhibition, these immersive retreats will invite guests to slow down, cultivate wonder, pray with their surroundings, and learn to see with renewed eyes. Our hope is that, through beauty, participants will become more deeply attuned to the Lord's presence and His ongoing work of renewal within themselves and in the world.
